What is the best way to ask a neighbor to throw away their trash?
My neighbors are in a financial bind, and can not afford trash services. We live in the country, and they bag their trash, then put it outside until they “rember” to take it to town and find a dumpster. The area dogs are tearing up the trash bags, and spreading the trash all over my property. I want to do this in the most diplomatic way possiable.
